These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of the https://socalemergencyplumbingmissionviejo.com website and any plumbing work you hire SoCal Emergency Plumbing Mission Viejo to do. That work is carried out under CSLB license #1131308, which is held by SoCal Plumbing Co Inc. Using the website or booking a service means you accept these Terms.
Scope of Services
We provide plumbing work for homes and light commercial buildings in Mission Viejo and across Orange County, including diagnosis, repairs, installations and emergency response. Every job is done under a C-36 plumbing license, backed by a contractor bond, and to the California Plumbing Code.
Estimates & Pricing
- You receive a written estimate before any work begins.
- An estimate stays valid for the period written on it.
- If more work turns up during a job, you approve it in writing before it is done.
- If any charge applies to an after-hours or emergency visit, you are told about it before a plumber is sent.
Payment Terms
Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing. The payment methods we accept are listed on your estimate or invoice. Balances that are past due may accrue interest at the highest rate California law allows.
Workmanship Warranty
A written workmanship warranty covers our labor, with its terms set out on your estimate or invoice. Parts and equipment are covered by their manufacturers' warranties on the manufacturers' terms. No warranty covers damage from misuse, freezing, ground or slope movement, or work done by someone else.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or move a scheduled visit, please let us know at least 4 hours ahead so the time can go to someone else who needs it.
Site Access & Safety
You agree to give safe access to the work area (including gate or HOA access where it is needed), to tell us about any hazard you know of (asbestos, lead, mold or structural damage), and to keep children and pets clear of the work area while we are there.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law permits, the most we can owe you for any service, or for anything arising from this website, is the amount you paid for that service. We do not answer for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
